Very fresh and distinctive wine, born from the very unique bulgarian grape Mavrud.
Mavrud is a late harvest grape, very high in tannins and sugar. The origin of this grape is uncertain but most probably it comes from the Balkan peninsula and was born more than 5000 years ago. Here is a perfect representation of a clean and smooth wine made with this grape.
Recommended with filled pasta, veggie salads, goat’s cheese and turkey meat preparations.
